3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project requirements, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

Ensure they have rights to all materials (logos, images, text) provided to us.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, clients will own the final website/product delivered.

Web Creative Studios retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, third-party services, or downtime due to hosting/server issues.Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

6. Revisions & Support

Minor revisions are included as per the project scope.

Ongoing maintenance or additional functionality will require a separate contract.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Payments for completed work are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
